1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using GutSync ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bliss Bites Life LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

GutSync is a mobile application that helps users:

Track meals and food intake
Log gut health, energy, and mood scores
Receive AI-powered insights about food patterns
Track supplements and their effects
Receive smart reminders for logging

3. Eligibility

To use GutSync, you must:

Be at least 13 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
Not be barred from using the App under applicable law

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your login credentials secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activity under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Use automated systems to access the App
Upload malicious content or viruses

6. Health Disclaimer

GutSync is for informational and wellness tracking purposes only.

The App does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
AI-generated insights are based on self-reported data
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making dietary changes
Seek immediate medical attention for severe symptoms

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its contents are owned by Bliss Bites Life LLC and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of data you input. By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process your data to provide the service. We will never sell your personal health data.

9. Beta Service

GutSync is currently in beta. Features may change, bugs may occur, and the service is provided "as is."

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for health outcomes based on App usage.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
